故障与排除：
1） 料车液压升降臂超限。不能上升下降:出现超限时，屏幕自 动跳出一个画面：请先检查电机是否反转，会不会出现三相电反电的问题，其次是X16上限,X17下限两个接近开关是不是能正常发讯，可以在触摸屏主页－－设置－－PLCIO里面查看，X15正常要常亮，上升碰到X16就停下来，下降碰到X17就停止，如果出现X15不亮了，证明没有停下。解决了故障后，可以按上图的《解除超限按钮》，然后按超限的反方向按动上下箭头来解除。这里升降臂会动一下，不再碰到超限X15，此时，要按《返回》回到主页，按复位报警，当所以报警都消除，就可以再次操作升降，请注意不要太频繁操作升降，以免电机过电流。
2） 真空液位报警，机械左侧下方有一个透明盖，出现报警时请打开盖把里面的料清理干净，然后按下，如果还是出现报警，请用压缩空气进入真空腔里吹干两支探测液位的电极，才可以正常开机。
3） 不能启动灌肠，请检查屏上有没有显示报警，有报警的情况下是不能启动的。请按提示消除报警，解除故障。
维护与保养：
开机前，叶片和转子必须涂上食用油进行润滑，否则会损坏泵体！！！每天用完机器后要进行保养，如果长期不使用，停止使用前要进行一次保养，并晾干水份，然后上食品级润滑油。每隔两星期再进行一次保养加油。
清洁机器不要用高压水枪冲洗。轴承要每三天加黄油。每星期检查一次真空泵油液位和油品质，每两个月更换一次真空泵油。
每个月在关掉外部总电源后，打开外门，清洁内部卫生，并把所有的螺丝紧固一次。

maintenance:
